Vehicle A: The current weekly charge is only £1695.00 inclusive of driver and diesel.

Vehicle B: The current weekly charge is only £1499.00 inclusive of driver and diesel.

Our standard terms are as follows:

A deposit of £500+VAT is required at the time of booking.

Payment for hire is due in advance.

Start and finish of weekly hire is our base in Shrewsbury and an eight-hour working day is allowed. This commences at 8.00a.m. Monday in Shrewsbury, and terminates, in Shrewsbury, at 5.00p.m. Friday.

The price includes all vehicle and driver charges and up to 1500Km per week.

Additional Kilometres are charged at 80p and Drivers hours at £12.75 plus nights out if applicable (i.e. in excess of 4), at £25.00. Tolls, parking. Ferries etc. are also chargeable at cost, if applicable. Fuel for the kitchen is included, as are cups saucers etc.

We do appreciate that we need to be flexible to meet our customer’s needs and are quite happy to run outside of the defined hire period but within the confines of our Operators Licence. Saturdays and Sundays do not attract additional hire premium but drivers hours and night out allowances are payable as applicable.

With regard to insurance, we carry third party liability but do not cover the contents of the trailer against loss or damage, howsoever caused. Similarly we will not be liable for any consequential losses in the event of breakdown or the like other than an aggregated proportion of the hire.

The vehicle must be returned at the end of the hire period EMPTY. You must allow time to discharge the contents of the trailer on the last day of hire. You will be liable for the cost of dealing with any goods remaining on the trailer unless specifically agreed with us prior to the termination of the hire.
